CM greets onBishwakarma Puja

GANGTOK: On the occasion of Bishwakarma Puja, Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang has extended his warm greetings to the people of Sikkim.
In his message, the Chief Minister sought blessings from Lord Bishwakarma the deity of all craftsman and architect to endow upon the Sikkimese people his virtue and goodwill with skills and creativity. He wished that the auspicious occasion be the new start of happiness, success and prosperity in the lives of Sikkimese people.
Bishwakarma Puja is celebrated across the country to honour Lord Bishwakarma, also known as the Architect of the Universe in Hindu mythology. It falls on the last day of Bhadra and is observed on September17  as per Gregorian calendar every year.
