JUS forms editorial board for its magazine

GANGTOK,: Journalist Union of Sikkim (JUS), which is publishing a bilingual magazine narrating the experiences of journalists during lockdown and Covid pandemic, constituted an editorial board for the magazine today.
A meeting held at its DPH Road office discussed at length the publication of the magazine and constituted the editorial board with senior journalist Bijoy Gurung in-charge of English section and Bhim Rawat and Pradeep Lohagon for Nepali section.
A JUS press release informs that the magazine will highlight the problems and experiences of reporters while reporting during Covid-19 pandemic.
The magazine will have a compilation of articles from different field reporters sharing their experiences while reporting during the pandemic. The magazine will also have a guest column for eminent writers and senior journalists.
The meeting presided over by JUS president Bhim Rawat also decided to organise a mega poetry event in Gangtok.
Journalist Union of Sikkim is an independent body of working journalists of Sikkim and is affiliated with the Indian Journalists Union.
