Lingmoo Warriors with T20 tournament

SINGTAM,: The final of the 1st Lt. Jagat Bahadur Rai Memorial T20 Cricket Tournament was played between Ligmoo Warriors and Striker 11, at ATTC ground. Ligmoo Warriors won the match by three runs and walked away with winner’s trophy and cash prize.
Lingmo Warriors' Durga was adjudged player of the final, while Majhitar Cricket Club's Saran Majhi won the player of the tournament award.   
The final was witnessed by Sikkim Housing Board chairman Karma Tashi Bhutia as the chief guest.
In his address, Karma Tashi Bhutia said that after the SKM government came to power, special initiatives are being taken for the development of sports and playgrounds. Sikkim government led by P.S. Golay has given priority to sports, said Bhutia.
