In my article “5 British Monarchs of India & 4 Coins” published on Sunday, January 11, 2026 edition of Sikkim Express, I inadvertently mentioned incorrect measurements of the coins.
The correct measurements are 25 mm and 17 mm for the Queen Victoria coin, and 25 mm for the Edward VII coin. These were mistakenly mentioned as 2.5 mm, 1.7 mm, and 2.5 mm, respectively.
I sincerely regret the error.
