Islam as a Killer Machine?

On the morning of August 26, 2026, I woke up to find it is a holiday: Milad in Nabee, the birthday of Islamic prophet Muhammad ib Abdullah. I opened Facebook, Insta… nothing… Not even from Muslim friends. Krishna, Buddha, Christ, Nanak… all their birth anniversaries are celebrated. So I thought it wrong that the anniversary of one of the most compassionate and emancipated world reformer’s birthday must go completely unmentioned

Ignorance is if two kinds. The first is innocent ignorance…plainly being oblivious to certain things, facts, history, etc. But the worse kind is adamant ignorance, insistent ignorance. I shall not learn, so what if I belie history.

My last post had used an illustration of a battle in Arabia, and one of our highly regarded members said the very name of Islam brings to his high intellect scenes of bloodshed. The member is actually hiding his Zionist obsession, completely unread and adamantly ignorant.

That is the absurdity of Islam = Jihad = killing.

Yet, those who say so are actually being fed by Jihadists: Islamic terror groups like ISIS, al Qaeda or the Taliban, who have been in succession, and successfully fed, funded, and armed by the USA.

But from behind the veil of lies rises one question: 

So, is Islam = Jihad?

Yes.

But is Jihad = killing?

No.

These ignorant dunkheads lambasting Islam do not know that unlike Christianity, Islam was not a sudden revelation on a mountain top. It evolved over 23 years divided into two distinct parts, the initial Meccan formulations and the later Medinan ones.

The first realisations came when Muhammad was 40, in 610 CE.

Muhammad was born and raised in Mecca. It is there that the first set of revelations came and among the most critical epiphanies was the evil of polytheism, the root cause of wars that killed men and left women and children orphaned. Yateem.

After his received revelations, Muhammad tried to preach what was revealed. But that immediately brought heavy repercussions. This was Jihad.

In the Meccan surahs, the concept of jihad was discussed strictly as a spiritual, intellectual, and non-violent struggle. Because the early Muslim community was a heavily persecuted minority in Mecca, the Quran focused entirely on strengthening faith (Tawheed), preaching peacefully, and practicing patient forbearance (sabr). Physical combat or military warfare (qital) was not permitted at all during this time.

In other words, Muhammad, having witnessed bloody wars and bloodied women and children –yateems – since childhood, realised his society needed peace and cohesion, and he tried that though peaceful discourse. He tried that for 13 years while in Mecca.

The Quraysh tribe slaughtered the new faith’s believers.

But the problem was with the wild and uncontrollable Quraysh tribe (recall their blood thirst during the 40-year war) refused to accept his preaching. They were, first and foremost against the two fundamental prescriptions as told to Muhammad: equality and monotheism. Both these issues were toxic to the Quraysh.

It is crucial to realise what superhuman efforts Muhammad made for a peaceful transition. Muhammad’s monotheism particularly hurt the Quraysh because it would take away their religious clients from whom they minted money. The highly profitable pilgrimage money would be gone from Kuraysh coffers. 

It must be understood that Mecca was not holy, sacred etc., because of Islam, or after Islam. The Kaaba was a sacred spot for all Abrahamic religions for nearly 4000 years, due to the very start of Abrahamic religions, to Ibrahim and his son Ishmael.

Kaaba was also the centre of central Asian monotheism established by Ibrahim. But it is this monotheism that the Quraysh and other tribes south a Nile of blood. That is wha Muhammad tried to stop.

And the Quraysh hit back with bloody vengeance.

Note that this is precisely what happened in India when Buddha started his sermons, drawing millions of so-called Hindus and get in the hair of the Brahamanical tyranny

When he found no option, Muhammad still did not wage war against non-believers. He gathered his men and fled to Medina Mecca from Medina mid-August 622 CE (an event known as the Hijra) to escape severe persecution, an assassination plot by the ruling Quraysh tribe.

In Medina he found a welcoming community that accepted his leadership.

It is here, in Medina that Muhammad was forced to allow his men to take up arms. But only in self defence, and never to create a war machine.

Those are petty lies of Hindus and Zionist Christians.

Surah Al-Hajj (22:39) gave Muslims permission to take up arms in self-defense against ongoing aggression and expulsion.

Muhammad himself fought in those battles. He lost or broke his front tooth (incisor) during the Battle of Uhud in 625 CE.

During the intense fighting, the rings of the Prophet's iron helmet were driven deep into his face from the impact of a stone thrown by an enemy combatant (identified in some traditions as Ibn Qum'ah).

The heavy blow fractured or knocked out one of his lower or upper front incisor teeth, and his face was covered in blood.

One must see Islam as a religion of peace, for it arrived in response to wanton bloodshed and unbridled sexual slavery of widowed women, and it gradually evolved in response to the needs.

No one in a sane mind would suggest that get killed if someone wants to kill you. So while in the Meccan phase, Muhammad strictly prohibited killings, he had to allow warfare, not start it but defend oneself, just as Iran is doing today, following two key concepts of Islam: deterrence and self defence.
