New executive committee of Journalists Union of Sikkim

GANGTOK,: The new seven-member executive committee of Journalists Union of Sikkim (JUS) was elected uncontested on Tuesday.

PrabinKhaling heads the new JUS executive committee as its president with SurajLimboo as the general secretary and DilipKarki as the vice president. The other executives are Amber Gurung (treasurer), NimaLhamuTamang (assistant treasurer), Sandeep Prasad (joint secretary), and Anushila Sharma (publicity secretary).

With this, the Election Committee formally declared the Journalists' Union of Sikkim (JUS) Election 2026 concluded. The tenure of the newly elected executive committee shall commence from the date it formally takes over charge from the outgoing executive committee.
