Pakyong DC inspects polling stations under Gnathang-Machong

PAKYONG, (IPR): Tashi Chophel, District Collector Pakyong and also the District Electoral Officer of Pakyong, conducted a comprehensive tour of several polling stations located under Gnathang-Machong today.

The purpose of this visit was to meticulously evaluate and confirm the adherence to the minimum requirements mandated at these polling stations, all in the interest of facilitating a smooth and efficient electoral process on the day of the election.

Throughout the inspection, Chophel meticulously scrutinised every aspect of the polling stations, ensuring that all necessary facilities and amenities were in place to accommodate voters seamlessly and to guarantee the integrity of the election process.  

The assessment aimed to identify any potential issues or shortcomings that could potentially hinder the electoral proceedings, with a keen focus on ensuring fairness, transparency, and accessibility for all eligible voters.

Following a comprehensive tour of the polling stations, Chophel expressed his satisfaction and contentment with the arrangements and facilities provided at each location.
