Governor begins 2-day Rhenock visit

Governor Ganga Prasad today visited Rhenock and adjoining areas. He is on two-day visit to Rhenock constituency, informs an official release.
On arrival at Rhenockbazaar, the Governor was given a grand reception by the area MLA B.K.Khatiwada, sub-divisional officials, residents of Rhenock, business communities and locals in a ceremonial way.
As first engagement of the day, the Governor visited RhenockCHC and took stock of the facilities available.He also visited the wards and interacted with the patients.  
In order to cater to the growing population in the area, the Governor stressed on the upgradation of thehospital and manpower for better healthcare services. He then proceeded to Rhenock senior secondary school where he had an interactive session with students. He invoked the students to aim higher in life and remain consistent in their pursuit and hard work.
Later on the day, the Governor had interactive session with gram panchayats, business community members, officials and representatives of NHIDCL, centeredaround the concerns, local issues and public grievances at Forest guest house.
On his way to Aritar, the Governor also visited Gauri Narayan Pradhan village farm at Kingstonand had an interaction with farmers and local residents. He also had first-hand information on vertical farming,terraced cultivation and other innovative techniques of organic farming on the occasion.
The first day tour concluded at Aritar where the Governor was accorded a ceremonial welcome and guard of honour by the police.
