CAP Sikkim to intensify its public outreach campaign

GANGTOK, : Citizen Action Party (CAP) Sikkim president Ganesh Rai on Monday chaired the party’s coordination meeting at their Rangpo office. It was attended by party’s executives and frontal organisations, a CAP Sikkim release informs.

In his address, CAP Sikkim president Ganesh Rai urged the party workers to strengthen the party’s organisation while remaining disciplined and committed. Unrelenting struggle is important to secure the people’s future, he said.

“We are continuously working as the State’s main opposition party. Success is not possible in this journey without honesty, sacrifice, commitment, and organisational expansion. Hence, we must be constantly reach out to the people in the villages, understand their problems and engage them,” said Rai.

The meeting was also addressed by CAP Sikkim functionaries, the release mentions.

In coming days, CAP Sikkim has decided to strengthen its organisation, reach out to the people more, and to strongly protest against the anti-people policies of the State government, the release adds.
