GANGTOK,: Prashant Pandey, the son of Somnath Pandey and Shanta Pandey of Lower Sawney, Singtam has been appointed as a consultant to University of Chicago.
The 25-year-old was simultaneously awarded consultant to Quality Control Unit of Government of India but he opted for University of Chicago to build up his career.
Prashant Pandey’s Internship experiences include Project Consultant (Intern) - Water To Cloud Project, University of Chicago Trust, New Delhi (Jan- May 2019); Summer Intern - The Mountain Institute (TMI) India – Gangtok (May-July 2018); Project Intern- CNHL CASE Construction, Indore - Madhya Pradesh, India. (January-May 2016).
He has a Master of Technology (M.Tech) - Water Science and Governance (2017-2019) from The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) School of Advanced Studies (SAS)-New Delhi.
Prashant was an alumni of East Point senior secondary school up to secondary level and later attended ATTC Bardang and SMIT for B-Tech Mechanical and TERI University for M-Tech Water Science and Governance, a press release informs.
