GANGTOK,: The final preparatory meeting for the upcoming 16th
Rholu Diwas, a major SKM calendar event scheduled on December 21, was held at
Rholu premises on Monday. It was chaired by SKM secretary general Arun Upreti
and attended by senior party functionaries and workers, a party release
informs.
Upreti
reviewed the preparations and tasks given to various sub-committees for the
Rholu Diwas celebrations. The committees informed about the progress made
regarding the given responsibilities like arrangements for water, transport and
electricity.
The SKM
secretary general expressed his satisfaction on the works done by the
sub-committees. He urged every party worker to extend support from their
respective levels for the success of the upcoming 16th Rholu Diwas,
the release mentions.
The event
will be addressed by SKM president and Chief Minister PS Golay.
